Friends of Farmor's School

Friends of Farmor’s School (FOFS)

FOFS is a group of parents and staff who work together to raise funds for ‘extras’ for your children. As a charity organisation it provides half of the funding for the school minibus and spends money on equipment and activities for the school.
Fundraising events have included a curry and comedy night, a race night, a quiz night and serving mulled wine at the Fairford festive market. FOFS also organise the Christmas raffle.

We hold regular meetings throughout the year and we would love to see some new faces and everyone is welcome. If you fancy joining Fofs then that would be great or if you would like to put your name down as a volunteer – just to be called on now and then to help at any of our events that would also be welcome.

If you cannot make meetings but would still like to help then please come to our events. In addition, when you shop online why not go through www.thegivingmachine.co.uk and name Farmor’s as your charity. It costs the same but the retailers give a percentage of what you spend to Farmor’s. This makes a huge difference to us especially at Christmas. Most shops are on there as well as holiday companies, hotels and airport parking!
